>>13792350
I see your point with the 7s26 being outdated / overpriced relative to its peers in the SKX. Especially so when you can regularly get the 8296OB with the nh36 for 40$

Best seiko modder is in contention and tough to say. Personally I'd go with Dagaz for a general guide but the best answer probably varies on a part by part basis. You've got clear winners for things like bezels and maybe bracelets but when it comes to hands or dials it's sort of a pick who has something you like deal.

I'm not sure if I'm qualified or knowledgeable enough to list russian dress watches and perhaps the others anon was right when he said avoid vintage. Maybe link them to Oatman's site and let them browse and pick a favorite. https://mroatman.wixsite.com/watches-of-the-ussr .

vympels, poljot de luxe or sekonda de luxe or any de luxe will all have the 2209 extra slim movement.

Yeah I've been thinking about the Okeah chrono with the 3133. It's a cool durable movement but I'm not sure it's to my taste. I think I get hung up on the idea that I buy soviet stuff because it's cheap so if I see >300 I tend to balk and think about other vintage options with more respected movements or maybe a history that appeals to me.

By ingenious deduction. It is set at the same time as your quartz watches, and it is in center of the pic which means it is your favorite watch. You also ate garlic that day because I can see a hint of your sweat on the bracelet and it appears like having the unmistakable garlic-residue on it. Moreover I notice that your right foot is sligtly longer than your left, because you placed the watch down on the surface, but it's not leveled even, your eye-sight is angled due to your longer foot and thus you mistakenly put the watch down unevenly while from your perspective it looked even.

It's not a regulator. It's a vager hauers shi Chen watch, based on a miyota 8xxx. It has a hour and minutes dial, a seconds dial, and a dial that uses the slaved 24 hour hand to tell time using an old Chinese time telling system that split the day into twelve 2-hour segments.
The bruno sohnle finishing is fairly basic. The movement is probably the best finished; they remanufacture the bridges in glashutte and decorate them to make the movement made in glashutte. Not a great picture but all I've got handy.

Found this watch in the drawer. My father bought it in an antique fair, do you like it?
I don't wear watches, but ever since my shitty mi band 2 died I miss knowing the time with a simple glimpse at the wrist. So I think it will be my daily watch from now on.
