if you're under 6' - 6'2 being scrawny isn't a good look, you're better off filling out your frame a little bit. tall skinny guys are /fa/ as fuck because they have longer limbs and torsos, short and skinny isn't a good look unless you're a woman.
you don't even have to get jacked but having a moderate amount of muscle will do wonders for you

Just eat a bit more and do some cardio/bodyweight exercises if you don't want to bulk up too much. Just enough to stay healthy

Looks pretty good. This is generally what I've been doing honestly. Alot of sweaters, but could use more comfy long sleeves and slim, but not skinny jeans. Not sure if I'm a fan of the exposed ankle pants w/o cuffs.
