Is reading /fa/? Is philosophy /fa/? What do you read, any favorites? Recommendations? I'm starting on Neechee.

no, it's a pointless waste of time for people who are content to just say "we'll never know" instead of actually try and find an answer to things.

although to add to that both reading and philosophy are very /fa/ though.

The importance of being earnest by hemingway is also a very funny book, try that

Thomas Mann is pretty good in the original. No idea how the precise use of words holds up in the translations though.

The last book I read in the span of one week was dune :/
Does anybody have recs for literature about fashion?

Steppenwolf is a masterpiece, i was suicidal and felt like an outsider when someone gave the book to me. really changed my view on a lot of things, im still depressed though lol
reading about fashion is always tricky because you cant see the garments, so just buy fashion books with pictures and magazines (i like old 032c before they catered to the hype crowd)

Sure. I’m partial to 20th century French philosophy — Foucault, Deleuze and Guattari, Bourdieu, and some of the works by Derrida and Baudrillard.
