What ist the healthies hairstyling option? It seems like all of them dry out your hair, and I'd like to not go bald too early in life. So, pomade, wax, gel or clay?

a lot of pomades and pomade variants are really conditioning for your hair. hell, I have a few tins of petro based pomade and even that stuff makes my hair feel silky soft once I wash it out

healthiest option is to do nothing, wash only with water or conditioner and let your hair do its thing.
but it doesnt work for all hair types. maybe try natural pomades made with nourishing oils?

pomades, gel, etc end up not being healthy in the long run for daily use, because to use them (daily) you have to wash your hair even if you do it with just water your drying the scalp and blocking natural oils to be produced.
but if you're gonna do it anyway i'd recommend a good pomade once in a while, also avoid shampoo when washing only use it if u feel like ur hair is really oily
