I have a coat very similar to that, a mid-century London Fog maincoat. I don't think the company makes them exactly like that anymore, with the longer length, but you could probably just find an older one cheap on eBay, where I got mine in very great condition. Living in California, though, I only get to wear mine once or twice a year, indicating how much rain we get here.
