I cut my hair shorter (shortest since 7 years) and stopped using minox since it did shit to my hairline. I'm using now volume foam and some hairspray to cover up my temples which works really well btw.

I've started conditioning, it makes my hair nice and silky but about 1000 times more hair seems to be in the sinkhole afterwards, I'll be bald in a weeeeeek!!!

most of the time when I run my hand through my hairs 1 or 2 hairs fallout, is it normal?
also I lose a lot of hairs while combing and shampooing

some hair does just fallout, weirdly shampooing more regularly seems to reduce the amount of hairs that come out for me but like I said the conditioner does a number on me

I fucked it up a while ago while drunk at a party, basically shaved the sides down to 6mm on my own while quite shitfaced. Shit wasn't exxactly well done, so basically just growing it out. Also beard/moustache looks like shit at the moment as I tried to trim it short and started at a point of no return, cause I'm a big dumb dumb. Have at me I guess.

It looks good but it's long and thick as fuck at the back. I look ridiculous and horrible but I am embracing it.

My hair has always been fine and thin but since i've stopped washing it with shampoo it's been more agreeable.

I bleached it at the start of the Summer and now I'm just waiting for it to grow out or something. Idk what to do with it at this point with the half blonde/ half black. It looks good in this pic but usually its more of a mess, especially when the won't blows from the right. The blonde is getting old and I can't wait to have my natural color back

Bleached mine back in November and did the same thing you've got when it grew in brown way too much. Just let the sides grown in brown and get it trimmed occasionally, it won't look weird after the second trim. I've still got little bits and pieces of blonde tips here and there and they actually look good, I could cut it off easily if I wanted. You've got the right idea in that pic, just let the sides grow a little and it'll look fine.

If I don't condition well though, my scalp gets dry and I get flakes pretty bad. Holy shit though, there's gotta be 20 hairs on my hands when I'm done rubbing the conditioner through, which shampoo never does. I think the thickness of it just causes more physical pull. I've tried to just be slower and gentler on it and conditioning regularly I think your hair just gets used to it, and that problem kind of subsides.
