Those are probably tropical Service Dress pants, Montgomery wore those a lot. You don't need to look for reproductions, though, since loose fitting khaki/cream/beige pants shouldn't be hard to find, both military surplus and civillian. For instance, Varusteleka used to sell Italian cotton/polyester dress pants (I don't know if they're still in stock), which should look similar when you take out the crease. Even if you don't find those particular ones, many militaries from hotter parts of the world issue some kind of light dress pants, and you can find similar-looking ones in thrift stores and on eBay.
Pic related are some linen/cotton dress pants that I found at the thrift store that were super comfy to wear this summer.
Also, make sure they are hemmed correctly. See how Monty wears them long enough to cover his ankles, but short enough not to show any breaks.

Other Anons point is that your outfit is not quite on point.

The belt is not bad in general but not right for your fit, and neither is the shade of your boots and socks. They are too yellow compares to the rest of the fit.

You would be on point with a smaller , less visual belt and shoes with a brown or black base colour

Do you think army uniforms matched exactly? I have 3 army trousers mdl 52 and not one matches with the others.

Same is with surplus socks I've seen.

What are you even on about? Army belts are big and thick.
Most of desert boots are made from routhout leather which is sandy in colour. The canvas ones are also sand or green.

Have you actually handled any authentic army equipment from the period or are you just looking at pictures online?

yes, but the buckles are slim. even flashy german buckles were no wider than the leather strap itself.

the main inspiration for this look are the africa campaigns of ww2, not any iraq shit. tan roughout is a 21st century invention and roughout boots were almost always dubbed during ww2
