1 cup of plain cheerios in unsweetened almond milk is good too for about 130
scrambled eggs/omelette with 2 eggs 1 tbsp of butter and some veggies for flavor comes to about 300 and is super good and filling
if youre really desperate egg white omelettes have almost no nutritional value but egg whites and veggies omelette comes to 100ish

It's not really that long at all, there are people doing much longer fasts. I have gone up to a week before but since then I didn't have the willpower to pull another one till now. 3-day+ fasts are usually fine as long as you are not severely underweight and still got fat to burn, would recommend. But if you are worried you can still do something like fasting 3 days, refeeding and repeating till your goal weight.

Bulking before hardcore weight loss is retarded because its counterproductive. I used to be about 160 and going to the gym 3 days a week and I decided I want to lose weight because the line between looking thin and being chubby cheeked was like 5 pounds. If I wanted to keep my muscles but to do that and lose weight I would have had to eat almost literally nothing but chicken thigh.

I decided I would just eat very little food fuck the muscle loss and just start bulking again when I get to my goal weight.

I used to run but I sorta lost motivation. I'll get back to it when my body fat is low enough and I start bulking again.

is anyone else unable to eat warm or "full sized" meals without feeling disgusting anymore? ;_; i ate less cals than I did yesterday, but because my dinner was high volume i feel fucking disgusting now. it was literally 175 calories but it feels as though i fucked up because i feel full.

monday: 100 cals
tuesday: 300 cals
wednesday: 800 cals
today: 700 cals

i don't know if i should be happy or worried that i literally have next to no safe foods anymore and i just don't get hungry. i binged so much last month, i was sure i would be out of the underweight BMI range by now, but I'm at around 18 again after like a week of restricting. gonna get back to my LW and then try to start maintaining so i can actually make progress and the whole weightlifting thing i've been doing isn't completely pointless

You gotta want it, OP. I always wanted to lose weight when I weighed 145 lbs but I didn't realize how easy it ACTUALLY is until a certain medication made me balloon 60 lbs without realizing it. Then I wanted to lose weight. So I did. I lost a lot of weight really quickly.

It was easy as breathing because I finally wanted it. Not because someone told me I was fat or because I told myself I was fat. But because I actually believed it and wanted to change it.
