You can look great without wearing brands.

>You can buy great clothes in UNIQLO. If I were a young person, that’s where I’d shop. But labels are very much about buying into a poetic vision and being part of something.

i work at a thrift store (sorting donations) in nyc and a great deal of uniqlo gets donated because it’s soft and feels good at first but after two washes it turns to shit

used to be a textiles major and i can tell whenever something is uniqlo right away

just don’t tumble dry if you want to prolong the life of cheap clothing, so many retards dry clothing on high
>used to be a textiles major and i can tell whenever something is uniqlo right away

just keep telling yourself whatever to rationalize your unnecessary spending when you could spend a fraction of the amount and still look good.

I have worn a lot of uniqlo and I just don't see these durability problems on *most* of it.
And even where I have had problems it has been aesthetic stuff like a thread came loose in the back of an airism polo and left a mark in the fabric.

For mall shit clothes - it's the best. Cant wait for the lemaire collection again in fall and then scoop the pants on sale for $7

I copped this and it got its first hit of rain this morning.
Pretty silky, feels light and comfy. Doesn't feel like wearing a plastic bag.
I wish the top pockets were slightly wider so I could fit my wallet in them and not have their bulk against my hands in the bottom pockets.
That said: the wallet feels way better in them than in other jackets I have with similar pocket configurations. It really didn't feel that tight for my hand.
Hood has a nice visor. Not the best visor on a coat I own but not much worse than the best.

If you didn't have a solid plan with what to do with that textiles degree you objectively made a shitty decision and should just quietly own it.
What you're doing instead doing is countering with something which you know this guy can't reasonably disprove regardless of whether it is true or false.
