Don’t forget the fact that it’s the summertime (I assume it is where you are), so it’s warmer than usual, which means you need to drink more water. That tuna, toast & mustard meal is very high in sodium.

If it makes you feel any better, I’ve been at a deficit all of this summer minus a few days but technically haven’t ‘lost’ much in terms of kilograms because of dehydration. Happens every year for me.

Depending on how well you digest raw food, I'd suggest that you can easily have a couple of handfuls of lettuce and just pick something like four cherry tomatoes or one larger one.

My regular salad is usually a cup of rocket/arugula, a half cup of romaine, quite a bit of cucumber, three cherry tomatoes and depending on what I've eaten I'll add things like steamed broccoli, olives, sundried tomatoes or even a small serving of halloumi to it. Plenty of basil ...and a splash of balsamic vinegar.

If you don't digest raw food well, you could steam some spinach leaves and have that with your protein.

I can attest to the fact that it works - I've maintained 90-95lbs for something like three years. I just want to go lower now so I'm back to restricting again.

Being skinny-fat and being actually skinny is entirely different. A lot of models are struggling with weight and constantly told they need to get thinner. I don't think the vast majority of models do any sports to be honest, they are just lucky genetically, have fast metabolism and constantly move around because of their job. You have a slight fantasy perception of models. How many models do you know of that got packed off to rehab or gained a lot of weight during their careers or even after they stopped modeling? Look up older super models, even elderly runway and catalog models, check their social media they're still in decent shape. After I've worked out and showered and brushed and flossed before bed I might sit up and chat with friends online or read a book, and just like every normal person I get cravings for a midnight snack before going to sleep. Want to know what I do about it? Nothing, I turn out the light and go to sleep, even if my stomach rumbles a bit. I'm not starving myself, I ate a good dinner just several hours before. I'm not going to die of hunger in my sleep. I personally don't see anything wrong with restricting and being choosy about what you eat. That does seem normal and perfectly reasonable to me, I avoid fast food, and over eating, I restrict how much sugar I eat or drink, though I don't starve myself. I don't agree with the dieting method of binge eating and then trying to fast it off but ofc people will have problems keeping a steady work out routine. Again models are expected to look a certain way, there's always the option of changing careers if it's detrimental to you. Caffeine is an appetite supressant. Meaning you drink tea or coffee and you end up less hungry throughout the day. It starts to wear off so you have to drink more of it. I'm at about 3 cups a day from the 2 cups I was at about 3 weeks ago but it averages out to greatly reduced calorie intake. For me adding tea to my /thinspo/ diet reduced the calories I can comfortable cut to from about 1500 to 800. Overnight.

I plan in a couple weeks, when my caffeine tolerance is even higher (up to 4-5 cups a day) switching to coffee will be the most ideal since I'll get more caffeine with less sugar intake.
