Anons, my hair is really dry and sticks up. When I try to "pull up" my hair, it sticks up like that instead of being flowy and falling down.
This makes it impossible for me to have a hairstyle like OP's and the only thing that fits me is pic related (it never looks that good) or hair styled up.
