you cpuld try dying your eyebrows every month or so with the "just for men" hairdye and a spoolie brush, it's better than makeup cause it doesnt come off. the dye comes in tubes like toothpaste so you can redye your brows without buying a new kit. for your colouring try a medium ash blonde colour. eyebrows are crucial for defining the eyes and face in general. also some people have had luck with taking vitamin A pills to give the skin a golden glow, but be careful not to overdose since vit A is fat soluble. maybe grow your hair over your forehea
overall i'd say you're naturally very handsome, good bone structure in your face and body. i could see you rocking a sort of outdoorsy look
