For me, it's probably an apartment in a city like Florence, or a similar city anywhere in Italy. Absolutely loved Florence and Rome when i went last year.

Vienna is incredibly beautiful and perfect for people who are into the whole bohemian lifestyle and arts scene but without the nogs and filth of Paris. That being said, there's still a lot more to see and do in Paris, and Paris will probably always be cooler for young people, which is why it still as a slight edge over Vienna.

I went to Singapore last year and it was an absolute shithole. It was like a clean version of hell. Literally the only things to see there are high end fashion stores and chink clothing stores. After 2-3 hours of shopping you get bored as fuck there. No history, no arts scene, no club scene, no music, no beautiful buildings, just glass towers as far as the eye can see, parks that are overly manicured.
