I think what really embodies a sleazy attitude is self-centeredness without any good reason for it. Getting ahead of the other fools in the rat race by any means. Stealing, lying, and cheating are all examples. You should be able to put on an act of being a good person and force people to give you the benefit of the doubt despite your fucked appearance and then be able to turn around and fuck them over with no remorse. While some lunar fits are dope, most of the inpso from the board minus knoch and that one rich anon are from movies, tv, and art as well. Most anons on here whip together a fit based on shitty clothes, especially when they're joining in on a /core/ or /wave/. While meme styles are dumb to copy exactly, drawing inspiration from 70s scumbags in film is a neat style derivation not just on this 'shitty board', its very much a zeitgeist of films drawing from the era and is resurgent in trends. fit pics are usually garbage m8 we all know that but that does not mean the vegas lounge lizard isn't rife with possibilities and a full-fleshed out style concept. I recommend y'all check out Justin O'Shea's brand SSS World Corps. Although its a little contrived, it has the attitude of /sleazecore/. it isn't a meme contained only to this board.

I get a kick out of these threads and I appreciate sleazecore even if I couldn't pull it off myself (and I can't), but I agree with earlier anons who say these threads just end up full of larpers and h&m wearing kiddos
Unfortunately one of the biggest issues for those types is they lack the attitude and bearing of someone who would wear sleaze "legit"... most of the self posts are of people who are (or seem to be) insecure in their image or ability to pull it off. It shows readily in their posture and manner in photos, and it makes pulling off a style that has very much to do with machismo and bravado even harder.
I guess my point is that if you have to ask "am I sleazecore guys" you most likely aren't, and if you were doing it well, you likely wouldn't be posting it here
A lot of it has to do with attitude and especially confidence, so better to work on that rather than selfpost for strangers to validate/invalidate you
