he never did anything to work on his body, he was obsese since he was a child and someone probably suggested he should start lifting weights (because high body weight increases your leverages allowing you to lift more weight and it's very uncommon to be this fat as a kid so he would dominate competition in his age class)

His zercher lifts are pretty impressive but you can't tell for sure is he's super strong because barely anyone does those fucking meme lifts so you have literally no comparsion. Not to mention almost non existant range of motion on anything besides his upright rows. If this bloated battletoad would do a simple deadlift off the floor you could tell if he is strong or not. Nonetheless holding almost 400 fucking kilos with your elbows is impressive
