yes, cause then every day tasks will be less physically demanding so you'll end up sweating less

This.

Not this.

As your body becomes more efficient, you burn less calories doing the same tasks, therefore your body temp will be lower.

Absolute retard

more fit -> more muscle mass -> muscles produce more heat -> higher body temp

if anything you'll sweat more

This.

Also body effeciency means more sweat to cool you down even faster so your body will keep itself cooler more often. More exercise, More often = More sweat, More often

You're just wrong. I know from personal experience. I was very sick once and had to learn to stand and walk again. When I first started to be able to do things like walk to the bathroom, I would be absolutely soaked in sweat. As I regained cardio and strength, the heavy sweating stopped.

>more fit -> more muscle mass -> muscles produce more heat -> higher body temp
It's pretty common knowledge that as you do the same exercise over and over, your body burns less calories as your strength/endurance increases. If you bike 10 miles every other day for a year, by the end of the year you'll need to bike much longer and/or at higher intesity to burn the same calories. Less calories burned = less body heat.

If you guys actually exercise/lift, try some of those early weights/reps that used to make you sweat when you first started. They won't anymore.

try moisturizing and taking cold showers. dry skin makes your body overheat

>> No.13517497

How old are you anon? I used to sweat A LOT when i was 15-18 (Healthy weight and composition), it just fixed itself when i was around 21 and has been like that ever since.

Do you not think having to learn how to walk again isn't a massive fucking outlier?
You sweat more if you exercise regularly unless you start off massively overweight. This is because they develop a faster response that reduces their core body temperature as they heat up.

This if you start your day by going to the gym and sweat, the rest of your day your sweat threshold will be lowered since you've already sweat thus it'll be easier for your body to start sweating again.

Just tuck icepacks into you pants and shirt thats what I do
