If you want to gain mass eat more food, stop eating processed meat and sugar and you'll be healthy. If you are having a hard time eating, supplement it. But pic related and OP pic related require a fair bit of gym time and eating.

Build muscle first, then cut, add cardio and keep working your strength. During your cutting consume a higher amount of protein, so your muscle don't dissapear and you look proportional too.
Ottermode is best achieve with swimming or cycling. Running has a higher impact on the body and you will lose more muscle this way.
