Mission Workshop makes a tailored pair called the Falklands, and they look excellent. But they're about the only ones I've ever seen that look good with the exception of Operators wearing Crye pants in the field, but that's a context thing.

I just got a pair but I'd say just wear with dark jackets and such in winter, make it seem casual and obviously not actual military. In fact, as long as it's not digital, it won't look military at all, so you have nothing to worry about.
