Then wash it twice. If your hair is frizzy it means you aren't washing it enough. You have to massage it in your hair and let it soak into your roots, especially if its longer. If its short its fien if you wash it quickly but if its long you have to put time and effort into this shit otherwise it will look like shit

hey anon im a femanon not that it matters and i used to have ur problem. basically only use conditioner like once every couple of washes or so too much conditioner is bad for ur hair next try to find some shampoo that has a more natural ingredients instead of chemicals. ive heard that blow drying hair after a shower also helps to make hair look less frizzy but im not sure

so i'm growing my hair (almost at neck length, never had them this long) and i've noticed that every time i wash my hair i loose 15 to 20 hairs.
i'm 20 yo and i've never noticed that happening to me before. my father is 55 and still has a full head of hair, the men on my mother's side are mostly hairlets but i'm pretty sure they didn't start loosing their hair at 20.
i'm not noticing any thinning except maybe at the temples but i always had a big ass forehead so i might be imagining things.
maybe i'm not taking care of them properly? i wash my hair with shampoo every two days and i stopped using the hairdryer.
could it be because of diet/stress?
i don't understand lads, last time i went to the hairdresser (bout 5 months ago) she complimented me on how thick and strong my hair was.

As long as you do it with purpose, of course. Plenty of less-than-impressive-looking folks wind up growing their hair long and not really presenting it in an even slightly interesting manner and just wear t-shirts and jeans, and in those cases it's definitely worse than plain short hair. However, if you have a distinctive look and do more with your hair than just parted at the middle straight down, then yes, it does work to look interesting if you can't look good.
