I'm keeping it real, I can't wear everything I want. Long jackets for example make me look like a kid in his dad's outfit.

Lanklet here, I have this problem too. Sucks cause I like the long coat look. If I also wear big/chunky boots I feel like people just think I want to be tall.
All around I feel like I look like a kid, people treat me like a kid, people think I'm very young. It's really strange, when you're short people seem to think you're this innocent, sexless being and they def treat you differently. Not always worse, sometimes better, but it's just. Odd.
I remember one year in gradeschool the teacher was talking about evolution and human height, and she had us line up at the front of the room shortest to tallest, and was basically like "this is evolution" and I could tell she regretted making us do this as soon as the words were out of her mouth but it was too late
And I was just looking at all these kids faces, looking around seeing where they matched up, and I saw a lot of wheels turning and gears clicking
idk maybe the whole manlet hate thing is really taught and not necessarily inborn. Or maybe it isn't. IDK
My thing is just being very nice to people, and then usually they feel too bad to judge me for wearing chunky boots and long coats
Plus I know I will age better anyway :^)
There's nothing wrong with being short and feeling bad about being short, but you gotta learn to go past it at some point.
