I was 5 ft 6 about 135ish lbs before. It would fluctuate. I partied a lot last summer as well. So a lot of binge eating. I didn't start getting my act together/healthy diet until school started in the fall. I still drink but stopped the bingeing/junk foods when out drunk with friends. I truly can't stand my body or myself. The compliments are nice, but secretly I always hope for mean comments to be honest. It makes me feel bad and that is good encouragement.
But it's not the reason I come here. After weeks of sleepless nights and research about dieting and losing fat most efficiently I can honestly say my advice is pretty legit, I mean I tried it myself and lost most weight when I followed it. So I am glad to help from time to time.

Feels in regards to the stretch marks. F/23/5'2"/220, was at 240, was a bit of a battle for a while trying to cut things out. Also due to financial issues. Stopped eating meat, no soda, trying to cut out dairy and I'm down to 220 currently. I never really cared for meat, I was vegetarian for a few years but there are plenty of other ways to get the protein needed. I'm lactose intolerant anyways so the dairy was already being cut out. I had gotten great results from doing a lean protein diet previously but the texture is just gross to me now.

I'm a sugar fiend so I'm trying hard to stay away from the sweets. At the very least away from processed sugar, I can't live without herbal tea with honey. But yeah like I had said above, meat isn't my thing, allergic to dairy products. So the current days are pretty much more natural sugar based items in the morning such as fruit or oatmeal, sometimes if theres time tofu scramble. Trying to incorporate peanut butter for extra protein. My fiance is a chef so he tends to handle the food situations and I just pick out the items I prefer. Just do IFF. I work grueling physical labor on OMAD after work. There's usually a point where my stomach starts crying for food, but it passes in 10-20 minutes. I keep nuts on me for especially demanding days that where I need to break fast early.
