Your current hair is good, but perhaps you may consider sporting a variation on shag hair. It's been years since that many guys have done it, enough time passed for it to return to fashion, and even if it doesn't, it is still a style that works on more people than one may think. Or, you could just grow out the sides a little more, and still sport your hair the same way, otherwise.

I think that might be a bit tacky and just overall hard to pull off without looking like an edgy teen. But then again its just me. Currently i got the sides shortened a bit, a bowl kinda thing. Im also not that tall (178cm or 5'10" i think) and buff (not fat) so i dont know if it would suit my structure in general.

I didn't intend on calling the hairstyle itself edgy or teen-like, just its mixture with my general look. Usually, i tell them to leave the top and back as they are (maybe a 1-2 cm cut) and the sides and lower back uniformly cut. I show them an old pic of a haircut that i liked. For example, this one. In the OP pic its the same, just the top is also quite short compared to usually.
