Because you walk around all nervous and paranoid and any look or comment you overhear you take it in a negative way.

I used to do that. Now I walk around head held high, arms by my side and give a general aura of confidence. It radically changes things. People will see the fit, the confidence and think that guy has it going on.

If you walk feeling uncomfortable because of what you are wearing, hands in your pockets looking at the ground you are going to fail.

Remember a lot of people wear shitty basic clothes so they blend in and don't stand out. It takes confidence to stand out.

Lol I have my hands in my pockets in literally all my fitpics lol. Again it's about what's suits you. You don't have to be this incredibly charismatic guy if that's not who you are. I'm more of an introvert so I can pull of a more aloof personality. But even so I'm still confident in my self that I look good and and I'm not particularly autistic which I think is the universal key no matter what your aesthetic is.
