Work in progress fat fuck here.
Since December I’ve managed to lose 40 lbs and go from 302 to 262.
I’ve gone from 44 elasticated wasteband jeans to 40 non elasticated wasteband jeans.
Can anyone give me a rough guide of how many pounds equals dropping a pants size or when I could expect to go from an XXL to XL in shirts and jackets?

Can you give pointers on how the fuck you lost 40 lbs?

I've been exercising and doing some intermittent fasting.

I went from 205lbs to about 193lbs, even in as little as a month, but then when I reach 190lbs, I feel real weak like I'm going to faint and pass out, and I start eating again and get back to 196-198lbs.

I even had to go to the ER because I was throwing up constantly (not on purpose) and I'm still not really sure if I caught a stomach bug or if it was due to the fasting (at the time, I had gone about two-three weeks without eating dinner).

Any advice on getting over the 190lb hump?
I'm 35 and ideally I'd like to get to 175lbs. It's hard for me to run because I broke my foot and the fracture still hurts on impact (running and jump rope are painful).

/fit/izen here. Cals in<cals out. I went from like 305 to 185.

What's your diet like? If you're weak and passing out sounds like you're eating shit foods, or starving yourself.

My diet is good. I'm not eating junk, I eat mainly vegetables.

It's definitely more of a starvation thing than eating shit foods. But without fasting I just don't lose any fucking weight. Also my life is extremely sedentary. As mentioned before, I'm 35, with a bad foot (can't do cardio), and I do a corporate desk job.

I think I might just be fucked.

>I think I might just be fucked.

Escuses are for saddest of fags. You can be a sad fag or a sikk cunt.

Really though, pick up the myfitness pal app, input your stats, figure out your calorie limit for the day, and follow it. You'll lose about 1.5 to 2 lb a week, depending on your bf% and all that jazz. If you aren't losing weight, then you are lying about what you're sticking in your mouth. I can't tell you how many fat fucks think their body is this unique magical thing that defies biology.

Hey man, whatever you’re doing is good so far. The main thing is eating more frequently and replacing sugary stuff with neutral things. As for exercise, you can still do cardio just not a lot of endurance workouts. Swimming and bodyweight things are effective and can tone you up. If you’re fairly tall, your weight is just fine and you can bulk up with some muscle to feel fit. And no more starving, man, it’s bad for your health and wallet.

What’s good my fellow fatfuck?

I’m in a simillar situation to you. I started at 275 and now i’m at 230.

For me, when I hit around the 250’s range, I went from XXL to XL. Right now I can kind of fit into a L but it’s a little tight. I’m also a 5’10” manlet if that helps you out any.

As for pants size, i’m not too sure. I started at a 38 and now I’m at a 35.

There's no objective answer to this because there's too many variables like cut, style, body proportion, etc.
I lost nearly 80lbs and went down 4 sizes, so almost 20lbs a size. But some guys might only need to lose 10-15lbs a size.
Anyway, great progress anon and good luck with your goals.

>Best for people who want to get shredded for competition
>Most people who do it are fatfucks who gain the weight back and then some as soon as they get off of it

I mean, if it works it works, but for a whole lot of people, long term, it does not work.

Caring enough to educate fatfucks is literally living your entire life in a shit storm.

This isn't directed at anyone in this thread (yet), but seriously, dealing with fat people long term on the topic of weight loss...well the person who walks away from that is a little less than the person they started it as.

This is one of the saddest threads I’ve read in a while.
35 and still here? This board is for kids under 25, pretty sure 70% of those are under 18.
Just go to a fucking gym and start eating good, and for the love of god stop visiting.

Don't wear oversized clothes, man. If your shoulders don't line up square with the seams on your shirt (the one that attaches the sleeves to the body) then it doesn't fit. That's a good rule of thumb, I'm losing weight too and have had to stop wearing some stuff

6’0”, have gone from 222 pounds 26% bodyfat to 196 pounds 19% bodyfat in about six weeks thanks to PSMF/Lyle McDonald’s rapid fat loss diet. It’s not /fit/ approved in the slightest but IDGAF and it’s done major work so far. Am planning on keeping it up til I’m at 15% bodyfat and then using a more “normal” cutting method to get down to 8%. Then I plan on bulking and cutting between 8 and 15% until I’m happy with how I look at about 8-10%. It’s all about the long game.

Sorry, thought this was just a general recovering fatty thread. For the actual question in OP I don’t know that you can really guess when you’ll need to move down a shirt or waist size, but just eyeball it. I’d also recommend just grabbing enough clothes for a week unless you have gotten to your ultimate goal, otherwise it sucks to spend money and not fit just a few months later. I bought a new suit and a few shirts about a month before I decided to start taking my weight seriously and now I can’t fit in it. $500 down the drain.

There isn't really a set number to size ratio I can give you. I've lost about 114lb's so far and I didn't keep track of how much weight was a clothing size. Just try one some clothes and see what fits and what doesn't, that's really about it.
Regardless congrats on the progress, keep it up and you'll make it no problem.

Jesus Christ fatty, what was the wake up call?

Did they carry your father's fat ass to the cemetery with a forklift and did his grave look like an oblong well?

If you have a 6" or smaller penis you should just kill yourself now and do future generations a favor.
