On wish:
1. Pay clothes with PayPal.
2. Don't take fast delivery items.
3. When you receive your order don't break the shipping tag
4. Go to "my order", refund, the reason is "this is not what i ordered" or "wrong item". Take pics of the package (with the shipping data readable) with a clothe that doesn't come from Wish. And say in the refund description that you're a little disappointed that you didn't received your item.
5. Wait something like 12hrs and you get refunded.
6. Profit...
