I'm 34 and was always a bit slim/nerd. Now I am 6'2" 210lbs athletic with bodytfat of about 11%

I get an almost 100% response rate from women over 40. Older single women have it the hardest of all. Especially when a lot of men their age are fat and bald.

Not really.
Getting /fit/ helps, but not in the way people think.
Girls don't want 3% body fat roidmonkey, they want guys with a fuxkton of self confidence. I recently started hitting the gym, moving my ass to do things, doing projects instead of just imagining them and all this helped me becoming a normal human being.
Self confidence alone changed me from a beta fag to someone who pretty much gets a girl or a phone number everytime he goes to a bar or party.
