Did Zyzz wear tigers?

>> No.13310904

Most of these aren't offered this season and a lot of styles aren't available in the US market. The best tigers were the Black and white Tai chis but they haven't had those for four seasons now. Mexico 66 is the classic choice, ideally in suede. The woven 66 slip ons are pretty good as well. Generally buying tigers is an exercise in frustration since they do so many collaborations with retailers, have limited stock, and make terrible decisions on what styles to bring back. If you're in London Carnaby street and oxford circus have a good selection. If you're in the states try your luck online or check to see if your asics store carries them

I wore ultimate 81s a lot back in highschool when they had a collab with zumiez. Used them as running shoes mainly. The front sole delaminated and the back came off eventually too. I reglued it but it was still annoying. Don't recommend that style

These are just some boxes I kept for storage. I started wearing tigers years ago when they were cheap. When they were hip last year it really drove up prices. Out of this years collection I'd say they gum soled delegations are your best bet. They also have two yellow black tai chi rip offs in 66 and 81 builds if you want that look.

They have really thin soles but good arch support. The soles will wear out pretty quick but they are fun as driving shoes because of how thin the soles are and how responsive you feel when wearing them down on a clutch.
