A new silhouette for 2018: The Gibson Girl 2.0

We've seen enough of art hoes and their generic kooky-lesbian "I was only a toddler but I miss the 90's" aesthetic, and we've also seen enough of coal burners, kardashian clones, gym bitches, and every other stupid subculture of our generation.
Today /fa/, I propose an idea for a fresh one.
taking inspiration from 18th century french fashion, and also the victorian era, while making the fits fresh and appealing for our day and age. Think brocade and jaquard fabrics, and lace.
Complementing hairstyles include loose perms, braids, "bridal hairstyles" etc
Makeup could look more natural, browns instead of blacks, less contour and old skool drag queen tricks.

This type of look would be pretty easy to compile from thrifted items. If you're going for an Edwardian/ Gibson Girl look, it was very popular in the 1970s. The brand Gunne Sax is probably the most widely available, just check to see if the item is 100% cotton/ silk/ etc, don't buy polyester, since photos on sites like ebay often hide discoloration.

High collars would have been worn for daytime/ regular activities, like shopping or a tea party. It was acceptable to wear something that showed decolletage as evening wear, but women rarely showed their chests during the day. Although they did like sheer/ lacy fabric.
