hi /fa/, poorfag here, I don't usually visit this board.
I want to pull off the terrorwave look, but I can't afford new gear at the moment. My BDU pants are kinda scuffed, but I'd like to get them tapered and have elastic bands put in the bottom.
Should I bother patching them up for posterity or do I get another pair?

tl;dr: redpill me on scuffs, tears and patches
