Sorry to let you know but if you go to a psychiatrist and actually get diagnosed with an eating disorder you will probably be prescribed some shitty SSRI, and from experience i can tell you its horrible
A month in i was zombie like and knew that if I kept going I'll face withdrawal symptoms when it's time to stop so I decided to just flush all the pills away, the first week I'd throw up every morning after taking it and it would also make super hungry, decided to get my shit together (was prescribed for depression), and started by losing the few pounds I gained while taking that shit, still waiting till they find a better type of meds and just fuck off with the first gen SSRI meme, I know people who can't function anymore without it since the withdrawal symptoms are just so bad. The best thing to do right now is to take a moderate approach towards cutting your calories and working out. Start by getting a body fat% assessment or whatever its called, hard numbers tend to make more sense than an image in a mirror since everyone has different genetics and fat distribution, switch to suagrfree suckable mints (NOT CANDY) and less prefferably gum, chewy and crunchy fruits and veggies help a lot as well. Add tea and coffee to your diet if you can handle caffeine (I know I cant).

I really dont recommend it, but it took me a few times thinking about it then a final nail in when I ate so much for a breakfast that I just broke and started crying then just went for it. Control is key anon. Following that first binge i got a fat% assessment but i really didnt care about the percentage, of the 149 pounds that I am 27.5lb(18.4%) are straight fat, trying to drop 1lb a week to hit 22lb of fat without gaining too much muscle, honestly muscle under existing fat looks horrible, I already have a wide frame and adding to it is a nightmare.

This. SSRIs are awful. When I quit Cymbalta it took me 6 months to feel alright again. Brain zaps (yes, literally electrical sensations) and awful EXTRA depression. try to burn 500cal per gym session at the end of it when I do cardio on top of whatever is being burnt when I lift although I'd hate to look big. Worst part is the possibility of building muscle under existing fat and just get further and further from looking thin/skinny. That's why I only work out the muscles that I think look fine when skinny such as legs, butte and abs. Usually avoid working out upper arms, shoulders, traps, calves and upper back, sometimes workout my lower back and chest.

I do high fat, low carbs and mod protein. I am not in ketosis (yet) because I eat/drink too much sweeteners by abusing chewing gum and diet sodas, but I am trying to cut them eventually.
I also do intermittent fasting for at least 14-16 hours (20 hours on work days) And two meals a day (breakfast and late lunch) with no snacks in between (except for gum and tea but I am working on changing that habit).
Been working great for me because I get to enjoy big meals and it's so easy to just say no to b/p urges or junk food. My digestion, anxiety and skin also improved. Energy is low but sustainable.

Like I said, I still struggle with that out of habit, especially on days that's I don't have much to do. If I snack I go for nuts, almond milk, tea or gum between my 2 meals but feel guilty afterwards usually.

I was 2kgs away from my goal weight last fall (55 kg, I got as far as 57 kg at 185 cm) and got spooked by my hair falling out and getting bruises everywhere, so my stupid ass thought it was appropriate to start binging like a retard until I went up to 66 kg

I feel terrible now because my hair is still incredibly thin compared to what it used to be, and I lack muscle completely, so I'm stuck being skinnyfat and uglier than I ever was

I just want to accept not being an attractive female and move the fuck on with my life but it makes me not want to live, the only way for my hideous jawline and fat arms to go away is by lowkey starving myself and I can't cope with people looking at me when I'm like this

"intermittent fasting" is such a bullshit meme, it's called just eating normally. most people stop eating between dinner and breakfast, you don't get some prize for not being an absolute slob
