I had a good day yesterday and managed to only eat 2 footlong meatball marinaras and a medium giordanos bacon bbq chicken deep dish, which is a good day for me.

But today i've gone completely off the wagon and have already eaten a whole jar of mayonnaise, two boxes of ham & cheddar hot pockets and a tub of edy's sherbet berry rainbow. I just don't know what to do anymore... i'm still hungry and craving more food, but i don't know how to stop myself...

Because you're too weak. Dont buy trash to eat and learn some recipes. You don't have to go straight to rabbit food right away but you should immediately cut off all that unhealthy shit. You could try frying a bunch of vegetables in olive oil. Eat celery and carrots. Eat fruits that aren't boring (i fucking love papaya). No need to go vegan but meat should be a somewhat uncommon meal. Realize that your taste in food will have to change and it will if you stop eating the unhealthy shit. I don't think this is a serious post but hopefully this will help others. The thinspo weirdos may have better advice. But yeah, just do it pussy.

If you have a large appetite, dont try to fight it. Just eat the right foods and workout alot.

Put yourself on a High Protein, No/Low Carb diet. You can eat as much as you want and you'll have a shitload of energy to workout.

Just buy some water, some plain rice, pastas etc, some vegetables and meat for ~2 meals a week, doesn't seem that hard to meand definitely cheaper than some pre-cooked /fast-food garbage.

At some point I decided it was enough so I started exercising and eating only poultry, eggs, fruits & veggies. I stopped buying anything processed as well, only raw ingredients

Not gonna write a long-ass post on how it changed my life but it made me realise one thing I wish I knew sooner : you eat junk food because you don't know better. You got used to chips, industrial condiments, pre-cooked greasy meals etc because it is the lazy option. Excessive fat and salt make those tasty and they are easy as fuck to prepare (if they even need any preparation), and that's why you gave in to them

Learn how to season healthy food, buy fruits instead of snacks, drink tea instead of sodas, etc. I can guarantee that within a few weeks it will perfectly replace your current eating habits
