I came home drunk last night and had the munchies. The kitchen had an abundance of fatty and carb-loaded and sweet things to eat, and I could've totally gone for white- and milk chocolate and sweetened chai tea with cream, but drunk me halved a tomato and sprinkled it with salt and oregano, halved an apple and cut it into slices and sprinkled them with cinnamon sugar, grabbed a couple of raw carrots, and arranged it on a plate and brought it with me along with a pack of chewing gum in case I couldn't resist going out for seconds. I'm loving drunk me right now.

Run, endurance runs are great for building up endurable, but not big muscles. The overweight/normal weight/underweight categories are rough guidelines.

Are you male or female? If you're male and not Asian it's too low, might be bad even if you're Asian. If you're female and have a light frame it's probably an okay weight. As I said I'm the same as you (108 lbs anyway) and look normal-skinny. My doctor is fine with it as long as I eat and don't lose more. But I have a tiny frame. I know girls my height who have ~1.3 times broader shoulders than me Some other signs of being small-framed is if the circumference of your writs is small, and your ribs can easily be pushed in several cm's.

If you're below your goal weight, not especially small framed, and still think you look fat it might be a sign that you're not seeing yourself right though. It's a known problem for anorexics, and assuming your goal is to look good and not drive yourself mad you want to avoid this.
It's something you can test by drawing what you think is the correct size of your body, whole or in parts, and then compare by putting that body (part) over your drawing and drawing the real outline. That way you'll get an idea of how your perception is compared to reality.

Depends on the answers above but eating TDEE (possibly more) and trying to build some muscle is probably a good idea anyway. People look better if they're a bit lean, and it's good for you.

Keep the long term in mind.
You want to shift the biochemical networks in your body to effect a permanent reduction in hunger and the desire for food.
This takes time, usually a long time. You need to apply steady pressure for months and years to literally change what your body wants and is. Billions and billions of cells need to adjust their expressions in response to a changed environment, often this change only happens when a cell dies and is replaced.
The good news is that this is very forgiving of mistakes so long as you get back up and keep trying. Just keep applying pressure and your body will slowly change in response to that pressure.
This is a sea-level change, not a bit of short-term weather. It takes a long time to come into full effect, and will last a long time as well, barring you being a complete fuckup.

Coffee helps. Pref. mostly decaf with a little cream and sugar. Gives you a jolt of caffeine, fat, and carbs that helps contain hunger through the day. I rarely have anything for breakfast or lunch other than a cup of coffee or two.

IF works because it reduces calories and trains your body not to get hungry so easily.
The body is complex but it isn't voodoo, it's all about reducing your calorie balance and reducing your bodies negative responses to a lower calorie diet.
Ketosis and autophagy is mostly a meme based around how fasting reduces calorie and hunger.

But whatever works for you is what you should probably do.
That said, fasting for more than a few days at a time or 5-10 days a month is likely to fuck your body up.

How do I replace my mild food addiction? I used to be addicted to jerking off but I've basically replaced that with food now. Thank you!!! Before I would have hated my current weight, but with strength training I think I look ok, and I feel SO HEALTHY. I donated blood today and didn't feel a thing! I would have fainted before, I used to feel faint after simple blood tests.

My frame is a bit odd - I have very slim bones, so thin fingers, thin wrists and ankles, thin leg & arm bones, but my shoulders and hips are VERY wide. When I was aiming for modeling measurements I had a BMI of 15.4 and my butt was almost completely flat - yet my hip measurement was still 35"-35.5" :(

So after doing some research it seems that excess exercise and consistently large caloric deficits can actually lead to water retention which is why some people experience plateaus and then sudden dramatic weight loss (in a short amount of time) not too long after. If I'm trying to lose water weight will fasting in combination with cardio just make things worse? I started off today with 6 miles and want to fast for at least 3 days while continuing to do some sort of cardio. Today that sounds like that should work but now I'm confused.

Definitely feel a lot better, I've permitted myself a black coffee today and I think it helped with general tiredness and bad mood. Headaches pretty much stopped and I don't feel any hunger or urge to eat at all. Still feel pretty dizzy when I stand up and stuff, but that's normal I think.

Looking for advice on fasting. I’ve done a few days at 300 ish calories a day, but I woke up this morning feeling like SHIT. Nauseous, trembling, crawled out of bed to grab a tangerine and then practically passed out. Eating it slowly now, and feeling a little better, but man that was horrible.

Any ways to prevent the nausea/trembling? Should I space out my snacks more so I have something to eat before bed?

Even eating the tangerine now feels like my stomach is burning, I can’t even get out of bed again.

I dont know why you would want to lose water weight instead of fat. Being in a caloric deficot and exercise will help you, but drink lots of water because dehydration makes you bloat as the body tries to retain water

You can't exercise while eating 300 cal a day. Eat at least 1000 if you plan on exercising regularly.
Right now eat at least 500 cal and take some vitamins if you aren't already.
Also drink enough water.
