Road trip capsule wardrobe

I've never seen the point in a capsule wardrobe before, but I'm going to be doing a road trip around America starting in Oregon in July so I have to bring limited clothing.

I have a big enough range of clothing that I decided to put together a coherent capsule wardrobe based on primary colours for the trip.

> 3 pairs of shorts, red, navy, light grey
> 1 polo, yellow
> 1 plain silk Hawaiian shirt, white
> 3 graphic tees, white
> 1 plain tee, light blue
> 1 striped tee, navy/yellow
> 1 nike drifit cap, white

Any advice or criticism would be great

Note that this is just what I've decided on at the moment,I know there needs to be a few more things added, I can also get stuff once I'm on the road but I'm no sure what's urgently needed and what's going to be useful to have eventually

I'd suggest a few accessories like watches, bracelets and patterned socks to add variety while not taking up much space.

I have a few silver rings I like to wear, plus a silver sheepdog whistle on a chain from my late grandfather, might also bring a stainless steel casio I'm pretty fond of

no bracelets. Your outfits are colourful enough with the graphic tees, hawaiian shirt and coloured shorts. Bracelets and rings would sent you way over the top. Consider a more conservative colour for the polo, maybe navy or white. The rest is fine.

I'm thinking two pairs of sneakers so I can alternate, one pair of white Reebok classics, one pair of light grey New Balance 300's.

Also probably need a nice looking backpack
