Just ordered some navy blue finnish wool pants a few sizes too large, i was thinking of dying them black and pairing them with a gray henley for a panzer-crewman-minus-the-jacket look, which would really just look like a slightly militaristic ian curtis post punk sorta thing

They're gonna be way too heavy for that look. I have a pair in grey and the fabric is super stiff. They're very obviously snow pants, not work pants or tank pants or any other military pants. And they're already huge in the thighs and butt, you're gonna look like an idiot, just get them tailored.
