>No poor fags. You shouldn't be wearing watches if you can't afford a serious watch. Stick to your iPhone. Watches 10k+ only

That is the dumbest thing I've read in a while. Nice gatekeeping.

My dad who's worked his ass off his whole life has a nice elegant Rolex from the 50s that he only wears to special occasions. He told me bought it for around $200, which was a huge amount of cash for him. He only bought it because his Lt. said it was a nice thing to bring home. His daily watch? A free one he got from his bank for opening an account 25 some odd years ago. That free watch has more class then that gaudy thing you're wearing and bragging about.

Also the watch you're wearing is too big for your wrist. When serious adults look at you they're laughing on the inside. Rolex makes watches for all types of wrists. Whoever sold you that one clearly didn't give a shit about you or they would've picked a better watch to suit you.

I own a Visodate and love it; but it is more a "office" watch than a pure "dress watch". If you want it as an everyday watch for profesional environment, its great. If you want something for real dress ocasions, go for something no-date instead. Or with a very discreet date window.

Also, best looking Visodate is always the white one.

Do you guys think this would be a good every day watch? I like this and the small seconds model. Everything else I like ends up being mid to high 5 figures which I don't want to spend on a watch.

Also, is there no white gold option? The only one I see has a gray face instead.

the only acceptable watches are sleek small discrete ones, big shiny bulky ones not only are horrible to wear but also look ugly and attention seekingy, especially if rolex or gold.

How much should I be paying for a genuine crocodile leather watch strap? I have my great grandfathers watch which has one of those expanding metal straps and I don't like it.

A jewellery store goy quoted me like $200 for a strap made from Louisiana crocodile leather from a company called Stuller. Is that pretty average? I would like to keep this watch forever, it's pretty neat. Pic related.
