Most female models are under a BMI of 18.5, most are well under that BMI. Right now I gained weight to a BMI of 17.9 and my measurements are 33-25-36.75 which is over modeling measurements. Keep in mind that I'm only 176cm tall - Optimal height for female models is around 178-180cm and they need to keep the same modeling measurements as a shorter girl (Ideally 34-24-34), meaning they would need to maintain a lower weight.

I wouldn't recommend >>13103597 's advice at all. Fasting is setting yourself up for a binges which can lead to extreme, rapid weight gain and possibly bulimia. You're already overweight I presume, so you already struggle with self regulation when it comes to food. Learning how to control your portion sizes and improving the quality of food you eat (cooked vegetables instead of cheeseburgers, water instead of soda including diet soda) will benefit you more in the long run than fasting.

Not saying you can't fast. Go for it if you want to, but once you get down to your goal weight what are you going to do? You'll have had no practice with positive habits for eating and all of your impulses will be screaming for you to either keep fasting out of fear of gaining weight, or to eat the entire state of Texas. It's easy to make a weight loss plan on paper but we never take into account how we will feel once we actually attempt these extreme methods. There's a reason the failure rate is so high for restrictive diets. They aren't sustainable. Weight loss is possible with healthy means,and it really doesn't take much time then you consider you could go one year and lose 15 pounds sustainably, or go another year binge-restricting between the same 5 to 10 pounds over and over.

Oh and I should add:

One of the best things that help me stay consistent with my weight is finding healthy foods I actually like. For me, that's stuff like broccoli or oatmeal. I buy them often and eat them all the time. If you can find at least three whole plant based foods that you love to eat at any time of day, that can really help you out. And of course, drink water.

Another huge thing is sleep. We all take sleep for granted and don't think it will help us much, but trust me, it does. On the days I actually go to sleep at a decent hour, I feel so much more relaxed around food. Sleep may actually be the top priority if you want to lose weight because you will have more mental clarity and better judgment for what and when you will eat, and you'll have more energy to exercise.

I'm having fun with improvising dub techno this past year. It pays mad loot, thanks to wannabe fgts in high end hotels and clubs, drinking they $20 gin & tonic and pretending they on that inside track of emergent culture. Or some shit.

As per yer track... I'm loving the softer tones, and there's some rain happening, a cop car, a street scene? Consider this: lower the rough edged wave form and slowly pan it while filter sweeping. You want it to stay smooth and let out mounting flashes of sharper texture and brightness as the lfo drags the LPF over whatever range you define. I've got a few tracks with thunderstorms and one that throws a cop into that. Better than sampling rain is to use multiple layers of filtered white noise. This white noise can give you rain, passing cars, thunderclaps and rushing gutters full of water, all the elements of an urban rainstorm. I use an LFO to modulate the pitch of a distance sine wave and sweep that from left to right while using another LFO to gradually change the base pitch of the sinewave being modulated - in combination with panning this 'siren', the pitch shifting mimics the doppler effect you hear IRL when a siren passes by. Also pan the hell out of various elements in that storm, shifting the locations of the thunder and using light delay and reverbs to make the rainfall surround the listener. Throw a short burst of radio chatter in as the cop passes by in front of the listener. Use the doppler trick on THAT as it fades, too. Whooshes of white noise (filtered, obv) can become passing cars, and with a bit of resonance and fuckery, you can even make the bubbling of rushing water quite convincingly.

I have to synth up every sound in the machine myself, and my secret is that I've tuned and built EVERY sound in the machine to work with EVERY other sound in the machine. Then, I use a looper and mix together parts of lotsa patterns until a full track is bumping, which I gradually morph into the next song.
Makes money like nuts for the right crowd. I play the W hotel in Times Square sometimes, I can't wait to pick that up again.

The reason it might be harder for you is potentially meal frequency and what you are eating. If you eat a lot of carbs, then the 1200 might potentially be harder than the 400. This has to do with your insulin response. Similarly, if on days you only eat 400 you tend to eat only one meal or something, that might help you out also. You're likely into ketosis on those 400 calorie days if you aren't grazing.

If I had to guess, I'd venture to say that your issues are less about the sublimation of unrequited longing and more about the lack of control, direction and personal agency you're facing at this poit in your life.

Ergo, another guy is probably not your solution. If I had to suggest some course of action, I'd suggest stocking up on personal accountability (even in the face of shame or regret) and Gratitude.

Being pretty actually isn't important if you want friends. If you are someone people enjoy talking to and being around, they really don't care what you look like. You will never have someone who will love you if you're trying to attract people with your looks only. Trust me, I'm learning this myself. Do what you want with your body, but losing weight won't solve your problems. Coming out of your shell takes time, but that is the only real way to make friends.

I have a similar situation going on in my life. I'm not eating, because I feel awful about my body, I'm skinnyfat as fuck, and I fucking hate my face. Yet, my moods swing all over the place, and I can feel very confident at times, which makes me think I'm okay, for a while. Ex-gf broke up without any reasons at all a few months ago, and I feel like I'm kind of over it, I have accepted what happened, yet at the same time, I can't let go of my feelings.
The friends issue is complicated. In my case, I met a lot of people, but I quickly got disinterested in them, and it's hard to be honest with these people when they ask me to go out, or when we talk. I advice trying to get in touch with old friends, and giving it a shot. It's way easier than meeting new people. Nowadays, your friends won't care much about how you look, but rather how you are as a person. No matter how fucked up you are, there's always going to be someone who'll be your friend.
All I can say is that it gets better. No matter how messed up your life is, it'll get better. Just keep going through it. It may take days, months, even a year, but if you're on it, you'll see the end of it.
Try working out too. If you feel too ashamed of your body, buy a jump rope and do workouts in your home. The good thing about it is that you'll see progress very soon and it's pretty fun too.

It's hard to make new friends.
Send a message to someone you haven't spoken to in a while tonight, see if they want to hang out.. making new friends is easier with a wingman but if that's not possible just go out and put yourself out there and talk to people.

pretty is half looks and half personality, work on both but don't expect instant results in either.
