Im sorry guys i fucking failed you. I feel nasty as shit. I gave into my temptations and look where it got me

It all started with like an hour long panic attack. I had this constant feeling of coldness from head to toe even though i was in warm asf clothes and it was 70 degrees in my house. I thought i was fuckin dying and i just paced my floor crying my eyes out telling my parents i loved them and they could have anything. My mom gave me a xanax

I started eating, and the cold feelings gradually subsided the more i ate. At some point i think the xanax loosened me up. I ate enough calories for today and tomorrow.

So im still not gonna gain weight if i just keep things steady until saturday, but clearly im wandering into "the cycle" all binge eaters talk about. Its my first experience with this and i want out.

What was causing that fucking intense sensation of cold? How do i break out of the binge cycle and shrink my stomach?

I AM gonna fix this. I AM gonna be 116 by the summer. If you guys can help me sort out this shit ill start dieting next week. Mark my words.

For the lower body you can do pistol squats, it's very hard.
You need recovery time, you can alternate between upper and lower body day, for example. When the exercises for the upper body start to get easy add more repetitions. For the lower body, change to a harder variation of the exercise.

So I've been on the thinspo train for about 1.5 weeks and have a question.
I'm a 67kg/175cm male and today I consumed ~1250 calories and also walked 10k steps, but not feeling hungry at all, even a bit bloated. Recommended norm for my BMI is about 2k calories. Is it normal or I just miscounted my calories?

I binged twice in a row this week. This is the day after. I decided to just say fuck it and eat my TDEE anyway, to "start anew" in a way

I feel like the way I did when I was addicted to cigarettes. I've eaten so fucking much these past three days, and I'm extremely full but I feel the intense urge to put more food in my mouth, fully aware of how awful it'll make me feel. I have a throbbing headache and everything is making me angry/scared/anxious.

This all feels so weird and scary and stupid. I have no idea what's wrong with my mind and body. I ate a TON today, so what the fuck is wrong with me? Why am I cold sweating? Why am I so fucking bothered by everything? Why am I so nervous and scared?

PLease someone fucking help me I don't want to be fat

i would say it's very normal to sometimes feel full when you "shouldn't", but if it's happening frequently then your calorie counts are probably off. also presumably you're aware that the calorie counts on step counters always overestimate the number of calories burnt.

I ate 1400 calories a day for like 8 months and barely ever felt hungry, but I was also pretty fat at the time so it's not like my body was short on energy. It also could've been effected by my heavy on/off weed smoking which fucks with your appetite.
Anyway just keep at it, you can double check your calorie counting but not feeling hungry isn't a bad thing afaik.

It depends, everyone stores fat and muscle differently and while spot removal is a myth, you do tend lose weight from specific areas (sometimes more than one at a time) of your body in sequence.

That's 2% error. It's on the higher side for sure but it's not horrible. Kind of puts +/- a couple pounds into perspective, not that +/- a couple pounds doesn't add up over time.
You might also want to make sure it's ready and zeroed before you step on it, or see if that makes a difference.
