How do you wear thin fabric pants / sweatpants and hide your bulge ?

Are there special underwears that i'm missing that actually hold your dick in place ? Whenever i move (sit/standup or squat to pick up something) my dick will move in a way that visibly pokes out of my pants, it's not big or, just a weird small bump. I get really self conscious about that.

What you need are some compression shorts. They're prettyyy cheap and can be found anywhere that sells sports attire, make sure to try them on.
If I'm trying to be comfy I wear some 3" shorts so my butt looks nicce too
