Try going to as many thrift stores you can and look around, and don't be shy to look for vests in the woman's sections too, found some of the coolest one's in women's sections that give a more cropped look to it as well as better designs & materials

Or order one of the Star wars vests and to make it look less costumey, dirty it up a bit or darken it with dye in crevesses etc to make it look less 2D/flat and cartooney, and more realistic/worn

I've been sewing a while so I'd say not hard, but that said, if you want to tailor stuff really well, it could be useful to invest in a serger (also don't get a shit one you will regret it)
just try fucking around with tailoring on low risk garments and when you mess up learn from your mistake, seam rip, and see if you can do it better

I bought some navy joggers to try and and some color but it came out more lunar inspired than Lunarcore. My Komyuters showed up though. They're pretty cool. I think the lacing system and the magnetic slide clasp are ingenious, but I wish they'd go a little tighter. I have really long and thin feet however. Do I buy more clothes or a 35mm lens?

Make sure your taobao country is set to mainland China, then you can make heavy use of the image search. Also Google Chinese size chart translation because most things there aren't true to size. I wear a medium to large here and have Chinese clothes between medium and 4xl. Personally, I use superbuy buy as my agent to actually order stuff. That way you can ask them to measure it, ask them to talk to sellers for you etc if it's not right. As terrible as Reddit is you can also make use of the r/fashionreps search bar to find some interesting shops sometimes once you Wade through all the supreme box logos.

Barely in my opinon.
The Bomber material shouldn't be cotton, for lunar core you want more durable or "tech"fabrics in your pieces.
Or you could get a bomber with a textured fabric.
The patches also aren't helping since they don't look like they'd fit in a setting.
Try getting some of the patches from Aliens, or actual military patches if you wanna be more true to style.
