Either you hate yourself even more, realizing that losing 10 pounds changes nothing since you're still a fat fuck and there's nothing to celebrate, or you could try to find your junk food which isn't junk food. I mean, rewarding yourself with some (lots of) food that you like and makes you full and satisfied but it's actually healthy (remember that salt and unsugared coffee are virtually calorie free, and so is vinegar and lemon juice and artificial sweeteners). I.e:

>self-made milkshakes

the list goes on and on. You can also fast 23h then binge on a 1000-1500 kcal meal which you cannot ever finish, such as

>chinese (especially low carb dishes)

just avoid high calorie density foods such as cookies, pizzas, cakes, that starbucks shit, since you CAN eat 2000+ kcal of that shit after fasting for so long. After this binge you'll have so much stomach pain and digestion problems that you won't eat anything more than a salad for the rest of the day. At the end you might even lose fat from this (although you'll certainly gain water weight)

In my experience, people that fast sometimes tend to eat too fast (because of the hunger) and too much (because they don't decide beforehand what to eat). Use a scale and decide what you'll eat the next day. When eating, eat slow or in 2-3 phases, so that you'll understand when you're full before eating anything else. If you eat too quickly, you'll end up overstuffed and feeling guilty, and you'll slow down the process.

Yeah start counting, you have to be really good about it for a while then it gets easier since we often eat the same things so you just save the meals. It gets you better at head-counting too in the future.

Otherwise make sure you are weighing in at the same time every day, first thing in the morning after your pee. Also consider that salt intake will cause you to hold water, not a reason to not have salt but realize it will throw the scale off if you have to much (I'd rather you have too much than too little though, careful). Finally, your cycle/period can have times where you hold more water.

I honestly just do the abs and leg work out on the women’s workout channel on YouTube. It’s a simple body weight routine and I’m not really familiar with lifting weights so it’s super easy to follow! I did it every other day.

As for eating, I don’t eat until 3:00, at which point I’ll have a flavored green tea or coffee, and then I’ll eat dinner after 8:30 (whatever I want in whatever quantity.) my stomach has shrunk to a point where eating too much makes me physically ill anyway, so I’m not scared of “undoing” the fast during the day, and knowing that I get to have whatever sugary drink I want at 3:00 and whatever fatty meal I want after 8:30 really motivates me to keep the fast. After a while you’ll lose taste for fatty stuff anyway(cheese for example) and I typically crave metallic stuff like raw fish and wasabi, so I’ll gorge on nigiri at the end of the night now.
Pic related is where I got just by fasting, no exercise. I’m thin but you can still see a definite little pouch of stomach fat in my lower belly
