I don't know about you, but one of my favourite ways of finding clothes is going to surplus stores and finding really cool discounted shit to wear on the cheap. It's always a blast to experiment with new stuff

I usually just wear shirts and a good jacket, leather derbies or boots depending on the weather, wool trousers or 80s jeans style slacks, same hair as my pic. I consider anything recognisable (e.g. the balenciaga meme shoes) to be trite and irritating and usually a red flag about the kind of person who drops $900 on a pair of shoes just to flex and signal

When I became an adult I started getting into formal and semi-formalwear, thanks to my rich girlfriend at the time. A lot of pressure for me to keep up appearances during events and around her family when it was appropriate. Pretty grateful for the experience, coming from a working class family.
