i'm trying to pull off my own core... appropriating poverty in a way (though i'm kind of poor) wearing cheap or old clothes (that fits) but spending big on unique jewelry since they would like to 'look' wealthy and will rob for it, kind of 'foreign land ghetto chic'

like the op pic, they can't buy new clothes but i see them sometimes selling womens jewelry on the streets (obvi stolen), sometimes they wear 1 big jewel piece to look wealthier - they're literally thieves, and i'm generalizing and appropriating it...

idk if it's wrong but it fits my style - also clothes cost more than jewelry these days
