My diet's basically been like that since I saw a version of this guide about 3 years ago. It's practically pseudo-science in terms of any "feminizing" effect but it can help if your diet is shit to begin with. I still keep to it since it makes me feel healthier and I dislike red meat anyway.
Additionally, drinking booze shouldn't really be recommended for a diet, I don't fuck guys so I can't speak for the potency of dick milk, and I haven't touched whatever the fuck that herbal supplement is.

Can't speak for this exercise portion in terms of personal experience since I'm a lazy fuck, but I had a nice ass when I used to run cross-country so its probably not that far off.

- Avoid anything that emphasizes your shoulders (spaghetti straps/shoulder details/cap sleeves)
- wear things that fit your shoulders properly or have a dropped shoulder. Too small will make your shoulders look wider.
- if you're on HRT your breasts will be spaced apart and pointing outwards and you likely have a wider ribcage, consider using breast forms that are well-placed to conceal this
