Personally I don't get why you'd pay 190 euros for a machine-made, 20% plastic sweater when the same amount could get you an authentic handknit fair isle or icelandic pure virgin wool sweater... but if he likes the style then no more need be said

I just copped this but I’m thinking it’s a little too militia-core

They're usually made from extra itchy wool, wear a long sleeve underneath

Can confirm, ribbed sweaters are pretty itchy. Other from that it looks nice though.

It’s merino wool. Didn’t seem terribly itchy, for wool anyway

Sure man, hope you find something you like. A good sturdy sweater is a very personal thing and can last you decades with proper care
>>12923517
I like it, would wear with dusty grey trousers and brown boots. Doesn't strike me as aggressive/edgy at all.
>>12924133
Fuck yeah, my favorite piece of clothing is an Irish cable-knit sweater made from natural black sheep wool. Feels good man

Too bad there's no way to know how thicc the thing is when coping online.
I don't want to pay 200+ € for a loosely knit see-through "fisherman" sweater.

Norse Projects makes nice fair isle sweaters:

SNS Herning makes the great knitwear, but it's pricey. You can frequently find their sweaters on sale though. Everyone goes crazy for their Stark cardigans, but I prefer their regular sweaters:

What do you think about the ones from Uniqlo? The material is iffy, but is way more afforadable.
