and do LOTS of muscle training, you'll never look thinspo without surgery no matter how much you loose. If you dont want to look like a blob with a bunch of loose skin make sure you have lots of muscle.

And start going on fast. An easy way to get into fasting is going a day with just water and maybe 1 type of healthy low-fat food (not alot of it) and progressing into completely fasting.

Glucose based diets are problematic in that they create dopamine in the brain.

Eat a ketogenic diet for a few days. It will rebalance out how your brain accepts dopamine. The only thing is, you wont be able to cheat once you start -- not even a bit, but when in a state of "ketosis" you'll have less appetite, because a lot of processed and carb based foods are legitimately addictive, but you just need a few days to detox.

Other problems I have with it is that it's saying to trash nuts (a universally healthy snack) and beans ( which is another very healthy food).

This is completely dependant on the physician. If you live in a big college town they'll see you coming from a mile away.

The key is to articulate (subtly) that you've always had these symptoms but learned how to control them over time, adhd doesn't just show up out of nowhere. Stress that school seems to exacerbate the symptoms to an uncontrollable extent, or make up your own bullshit story.

They know Adderall is used recreationally by students so they'll be less likely to prescribe it to you unless they have a relationship with you and know you aren't lying to them for drugs. Even then it could be a pain in the ass. My school has expensive ass ADHD tests that are not covered by insurance.
