Workwear shoes have hardened/protected tips, so if heavy shit drops on your foot you don't break your fingers. Also their back is supported so it is easier to push hard shit. And they have thick bottoms so you can accidentaly step on something and not get rekt. Having white color on any "workwear" is retarded, becouse white get dirty easily.

Honestly fuck vans, they look alright and are pretty basic so they have decent utility but theyre trash as actual skate shoes. Sole is stupid thin and regardless of the material they're made out of it starts to break down after like 5 hours skating. Wore through the soles of both shoes in like two weeks once, I'm skating a pair rn because I got them for 20 bucks new but I much prefer my new balance numerics, way better looking and feeling. Anyway vans are trash

Have you tried Vans ultra Cush? Those are the only vans worth skating in. It's been known for a while that vans are more common as casual shoes more than anything else now, so they probably dropped the quality of them and focused it on the UltraCush. Just my 2 cents tho
