I always think that outfit is a nice idea poorly executed. The bottom of the jumper folded over makes it look baggy and bulging around the hem, the hem of the trousers looks off (like it's been cuffed inwards almost), the coat looks simultaneously baggy and too small (body looks like it would strain pulled across but the sleeves could be more fitted) or it could just be that she's wearing the whole thing pulled back.

I don't know, it's a nice idea but there's so many small fixes that could improve it.
