I'm 49kg at 163cm and I stand before the decision of lowering my weight to 45-46kg. My UGW before was 50kg (hw 62) and I'm pretty happy but my body just isn't like I wanted even though I do workouts once-twice daily.
Common sence tells me not to, losing weight is exhausting, much more than maintaining, even though meanwhile I'm used; and I already get calls from everywhere to please not go any lower. It will mean more pressure from my family and friends and more wasted money on new clothes - I already had to throw away old clothes. Not to mention health issues.

Any tips? I don't ask you to spoonfeed me. But how did any of you act in that situation if you were confronted with it?

How to beat hunger?

I want look like this guy.

I'm on "low" calorie diet (~1800kcal/day), and it's work until I can stick to my diet. Usually I eat boiled eggs, chicken breast, rice, vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, beans, pea, corn, potato, cucumber), my protein intake around 200g/day.
My stats:
175 cm, 82kg
I work out daily, lifting, calisthenics and boxing.
The main problem is I'm always hungry. For years I do strongman (then fucked up my lower back and my knees) in that time I'm always eat a huge amount of food, and frequently ate junk food.
Now after 5-6 days diet I can't countinue because of the hunger.

Any tips?
Also what else can I do reach my goal?

PS: I think /fa/ thinspo can help me better than /fit/ and thats why asked you guys.

If you ask me you look pretty close to the goal body already. The only difference is that you have higher body fat. Looking at your lower part of the belly it's visible how much excess fat you have. It's not a lot by any means but you need to cut on the carbs and fats or add cardio to your workout

i don't have a routine. baseline exercise combined with low enough body fat gives you good enough aesthetics. personally it's little more than just a slow steady increasing increment of basic shit like pushups and situps, doesn't take more than 10 minutes a day. doesn't take much much at low body fat , aways been skinny around 17 bmi but i look semi-jacked

Did you actually expect someone to magically get rid of your problems over the internet? There's no "fix" to having shit self control other than forcing yourself to change. No one can help you other than yourself, and If you can't accept that reality then you'll never overcome your issues. That's why it's called SELF control.

You don't get it, do you? You clearly can't come to terms with the fact that your problems are the result of your own actions. I've been trying to make that clear for you, but you seem to really not want to accept the unfortunate truth. It isn't easy to force yourself to have self control, but it's still possible. However, if you believe there's some sort of trick people use, you're mistaken. You have to force yourself to stop snacking, and force yourself to go outside and jog. The fact that you're looking for someone to "help" you do that shows how in denial you are. A random person on the internet can't force you to do anything, only you have control over those things. Seeing as how you just wrote off my advice as "rude" it's pretty clear that you're not going to change anything and instead wait for the magic self control method you seem to think exists.

Sorry anon, but >>12874307 is not in the wrong. My self control is shit and I know how you feel but it's all down to your own willpower and willingness to cut down on bad eating habits (something im trying to do now).

What you (pretty much We) should do is figure out what snacks are constantly being eaten and why the hunger is there.

Drinking a lot of water will help subside but you'll need to pee a lot. Also what foods don't leave you with that "I need more feeling" so research could be done on that.

Set a goal and possibly a list of what meets these criteria.

I ate a bunch of nut/fruit snacks this morning but was still fucking hungry so I just downed so much water I've been peeing every 5 mins but my hunger was gone plus water gives skin benefits.

I'm at 63kg (174cm tall), down from 75kg about three months ago. My goal is when I'll lose my gut and thigh fat. I estimate 55kg.
I ran 5k every other day and ate 800-1000 calories a day for two and half months but as I said I lost self control for whatever reason and stopped losing weight.

Are you still running if not get back on it, that should be first imo to get back into the old groove. Have any idea why you lost self control? Try root out the source if why it happened, I know for me my mood dictates my eating habits and beinf depressed makes me just consume a lot of food and lose my control as well as slack . Might not be mood for you but find the reason because it'll be all for naught if you get back into the routine only to again lose control

Thinspo, i need some dieting knowledge.
I've been dieting for a week now at 1000 calorie deficit, and my plan was to lose 5kg. Problem is I've already lost 4kg in the first week from the water weight and change in diet.

My question is, should I up my calories to a slightly higher level so I'm not losing the water weight so quickly, and if I do to this, will I maintain this new kg level? Or will the drastic weight drop eventually stop by itself, meaning I should continue eating at a 1000 calorie deficit. I really can't afford to lose anymore weight at this point.

Anyone help?

you can drink more water and salt (like a broth) and retain more water over time. not too much too quick.

if you're eating too much meat and high protein digesting it will deplete your salt and your body will lose water. this is the best i can explain it in laymans terms.

please read up on how to take care of your kidneys.

also please don't think it's just about calories. it's like reading a book by counting the page numbers.

not all calories are equal by any means and the timing of your calories and pairing of your macro and micronutrients will influence your individual biochemistry.

If I cut down on the salt and carbs, but increase my calorie level, will the water weight I've lost stay off me?
