Literally just rocking a buzzcut now after the manbun fell out of style. Had hair down to my shoulders and would tie it up, do shit with it with whatever was in style then had gf break up with me so I went full hyperbolic time chamber cocoon mode and shaved my head as a symbol of graduating uni, getting over gf, starting a new "me" etc.

Sounds pretty fucking gay when I typed that out, but turning that buzzer on and staring in the mirror felt pretty powerful at the time kek. I'll prob just regrow it out long again and only go to the barber to get that neck shave and trim around the ears.

Getting a haircut later. I never really thought of a hairstyle before. I was thinking of having the sides cut really short (number 2), cutting an inch from the top and then just combing it over.

I don't think my hair is in a good state actually, this is 1 day after washing and it loses insane amount volume after the first night. I use a semi-good conditioner and a pretty meh shampoo. The best way I've found of achieving that texture is going a full 24 hours with layrite original in your hair. And I mean sleeping on it too. Knuckles worth usually gets the job done when applied to damp hair.

Okay I'm a fucking dickhole but I always and I mean ALWAYS come back to this look,

Am now in depression, gained a few pounds and I'm stressed as fuck with my fucking hair because it literally grows back a fucking WEEK after my visit with my barber

Basically, keeps side short, doesn't matter if razor fade or just a cut, as long as they are short, keep eyebrows plucked, and make sure to keep edge-up straight (you know, the whole forehead baby hairs or whatever,) and just messy as shit or random on the top
Bitches love it, ex loved it, girlfriend loves it, and friends love it, I just fucking hate the fact that my hair grows way too fast, especially if I stay up late at night, (most days)

Go for an undercut. If your forehead still looks too big, grow it out on top, maybe wear it a bit messy, and keep it short on the sides.

Tbf most long haired people think there's something wrong with their face and they try to hide it. Forehead, ears, neck too long, whatever bullshit they come up with. Cut it and you'll see it's hardly noticeable, if the problem exists at all.
