Counting calories and working out specifically for aesthetics will become a long-term, well-observed status symbol.

Clothing will be built around certain muscle groups people work out & grow specifically to achieve a certain look. Entire lines of clothes tailored to having large triceps but small forearms. Clothes that only look good if you have muscular legs.

Genetics become less relevant. Years of hard work & discipline become the new "being able to afford gucci".
